Two intimate containers for building safety within yourself, to make security in relationship possible.

I’m opening two small, high-touch group containers for those ready to heal attachment wounds and relational patterns in a guided group —through the body, the nervous system, and relational truth — slowly, intentionally, and with real support.

Safety is not earned

Safety is built

Safety is not earned · Safety is built ·

Most of us weren’t taught how to feel safe — in our bodies, our emotions, or our relationships.

We learned to survive instead. It has led us into isolation. It has led us to feel like a burden. It has led us to repetitive relationship patterns — and at the end of the day, all we desire is to be loved and to feel wildly alive.

These containers are about unwinding those adaptations and building safety and security from the inside out — first with yourself, then with others.

Thoughtfully curated, intimate healing containers.

Over my time serving, I believe some healing needs to happen in protected, sacred, intimate, single-gender spaces—and some healing is only possible, at the core level, within relationship.

  • Many emotional wounds form in relationship — feeling unseen, misunderstood, rejected, or responsible for others’ emotions. Because of this, healing often deepens when it also happens in safe relationship.

Group containers offer something individual work alone cannot: the nervous system learns, in real time, that connection can exist without abandonment, conflict, or emotional overwhelm. Participants experience being heard, respected, and accepted while remaining fully themselves.

Rather than advice-giving or forced sharing, these groups are structured and facilitated to support emotional regulation, boundaries, and secure connection patterns.

Guide to Be offers two types of healing groups: intrapersonal healing (your relationship with yourself) and relational healing (your relationship with others).

  • BE WITHIN — Women’s Somatic Healing
    Focus: Your relationship with yourself
    You may resonate if you:

    • people please or over-function

    • feel emotions intensely but suppress expression

    • struggle to feel safe in your body

    • carry inner child wounds

    • want to build self-trust and embodied confidence

BE WITH — Co-Ed Attachment & Relationship Healing
    Focus: Your relationship with others
    You may resonate if you:

    • feel anxious or avoidant in relationships

    • overthink communication

    • fear conflict or shut down during it

    • repeat relational patterns

    • want secure attachment and healthier communication

  • Healing occurs not only through insight but through new emotional experiences. Being listened to, respected, and accepted while remaining authentic helps the nervous system update relational expectations. A new normal can form when you are given the opportunity to experience a new level of safety and a new expression of yourself.

I have done 1:1 work for years but there is something immensely more powerful and more sustainable in healing that happens in relationship. It “cements” in a new story that is rooted in togetherness versus isolation.

To understand and rewrite your relationship patterns.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • These groups are psycho-educational and somatically guided personal growth groups. They are not a replacement for psychotherapy, though many participants find them complementary to individual therapy.

  • No. Participation is invitational. You are always free to pass, observe, or share only what feels safe. The goal is nervous system safety, not forced vulnerability.

  • Yes. No prior experience with somatic work, attachment theory, or inner child work is required. All belief systems and healing processes are welcome! However, I recommend you have some prior experience with coaching or therapy, as you may feel more comfort in these groups by having a foundational level of prior self-awareness and healing work. I ask that all participants are willing to look at their patterns and choose an openness toward vulnerability. You are always asked to use your own autonomy, listen to your body, and choose to respond to your inner child’s needs. No pressure will be placed on any participant throughout the program to do or share anything they are not comfortable with.

  • Yes. Many participants join specifically because closeness feels both desired and scary. However, this is a big purpose of the group structure overall. It is important to move from isolation into connection again, with ourselves and with others. The small size and gradual pacing are designed specifically to support safety and a trauma-informed, close-knit space for us all.
