Breathwork and Sound Journey for Secure Attachment is for:
couples date night and reconnection,
singles calling in relationship, and
individuals wanting to gift themselves a Sunday evening reset
all in the love of deep inner child healing and restorative self care.
Breathwork, Sound Bowls, Harp, Restoration, and Community.
Join Rachel for a guided journey that blends her specialties of inner child healing, secure attachment work, and conscious somatic breathwork — ending with a soothing sound bath to integrate it all.
This experience invites you to return to a deep sense of inner safety, reconnecting with your purpose and your capacity for secure, loving connection with others.
As you soften old defenses and release what the body has been holding, you’ll emerge feeling lighter, clearer, and more at home in yourself. Together, we will open our hearts to expansive love and the power of our life force.
Somatic breathwork through this inner child and attachment style lens can be a powerful and moving experience. Because it may bring up strong physical or emotional release, it’s important that each participant enters the practice with care, informed choice, and self-attunement.
